I am a dynamic events professional looking for my first permanent project coordinator or junior event producer role.

I am currently gaining valuable insights and competencies within an agency setting; from writing proposals and production playbooks, acquiring speakers, carrying out venue research, creating budgets, communicating with clients, to providing on-site support:

I work across an exciting range of projects – for example:

> a leadership summit in the US for a global logistics company
> numerous internal communications events for high-street brands
> a training course for a global telecoms company.

This work builds on my experience in a hotel setting. I worked as part of a team to arrange all the on-site operational logistics for events; from catering, staffing, contact with stakeholders, to advising on audio visual matters. I believe that my managerial experience sets me apart. I have gained experience carrying out duty management at a 200> room hotel, often overseeing a busy conference suite. I had to ‘lead from the front’ and respond to unexpected challenges.

I am also good with words. Working as a copywriter, I have supported my clients with services pages and blog posts, enabling businesses to market themselves as leaders in their fields. This work involves carrying out topic-specific research across a diverse subject range. These skills make me ideally placed when it comes to seeking out speakers, sponsors or suppliers.

I strive to contribute to the wider world around me. I serve as a charity trustee for a large community organisation based in London of over 3,000 members, jointly responsible for managing an expenditure budget in the region of £2 million.
